The kids have made some pretty amazing pictures with markers the last couple of days, and as always, there is some clean-up required. The first day there were a few drawings on Sammie's thigh... (I had taken a phone call - geepers!)
Last night I asked Christopher to pick up the "greenish" marker on the floor (it was a light green) and Christopher quickly corrected me, "MOM, it's CHARTREUSE." He was right. Where did he learn that? :)
On another note, we just got back from a fabulous Disney/FL vacation and will post photos as soon as I can get the camera from Harlan's backpack! :)
Oh, one more thing - Christopher went in for his Kindergarten Readiness Assessment on Weds., and they asked him to write down both his first and last name. Now, he knows his first name well, but I had not yet asked him to write his last name. He actually sounded it out and wrote it down - phonetically correct. :) Pretty amazing! Something to perfect this summer!
